Arranging Again

Yesterday I got an email asking me if I'd be able to arrange 5 minutes of music for a string quartet for a Christmas tea. I believe this is the same event I arranged You are My Hiding Place last year. This time I am given full rein to arrange a medley of Christmas songs. I get to pick! So I started this morning with O Come, O Come Emmanuel. Since I love the old, old ones, I think I'll do Adeste Fidelis next and end with Ding Dong, Merrily on High. I wanted to end upbeat. I haven't had much chance to arrange anything lately, but this gives me a great excuse to make time.
